Disgruntled Chef at Dempsey 31 Jan 2014

Fried Salmon Skin
This was light, nice and crispy and went really well with the vinegar served

Yuzu Elxr
40% cocktail that was citrus and refreshing
One of my favourite cocktails

Scallops
This was not too impressive, scallop was tender but sauce was average.
served with slices of crispy bacon

Crayfish Macaroni and Cheese
Again, not too impressive, not much crayfish in this dish

Steak Tartare with truffle hash brown
This has got to be my favourite, the smell of truffle was tantalising!
Steak Tartare was really good!

Bone marrow
Dad loves this. It was not bad. Went well with the bread and pesto sauce at the side
